Theodor Eichler (1868 – 1946)

German sculptor, completed apprenticeship at the Meissen porcelain manufactory, then studied at the Dresden Art Academy under Robert Diez. Ran his own studio, but starting in 1903 Eichler was employed by Meissen where he designed about 70 various models of figures and figural groups in Art Nouveau style.
