Polyhymnia is the Greek Muse of sacred poetry, hymn, dance, eloquence, and also pantomime and agriculture. She is one of the nine Muses, daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne. Often depicted in a pensive, serious, and meditative pose, she is associated with deep thought and contemplation.
