Vue du Colisée prise du Jardin Farnèse à Rome (View of the Colosseum taken from the Farnese Garden in Rome).
After the engraving by Constant Bourgeois. It depicts the Colosseum and surrounding structures, including what appears to be the Temple of Hercules Victor, from a vantage point within the Farnese Gardens in Rome.
This engraving was part of a series called Vues des environs de Rome (Views of the surroundings of Rome) and #67 in Recueil de vues et fabriques pittoresques d’Italie, published in 1804.
